Yesterday, trucks and armoured vehicles of The African Union/UN Hybrid operation in Darfur , referred to by its acronym UNAMID, were conveyed out of the port in Apapa Lagos. There are speculations that the UN wants to deploy soldiers to Nigeria to help tackle the security problems in the country. We will keep you posted.
